How to add or update my credit card or payment method for SetSale?

This article walks you through accessing the Billing Settings, Managing subscriptions, and adding/updating Billing Methods.

Steps to Update Credit Card or Payment Method

  1. Log into your SetSale account
    Visit https://app.setsale.ai/auth/login and sign in as usual.

  2. Click "Settings" on the left side
    Navigate to the left side of the SetSale Dashboard, click on "Settings," and open the dropdown listing settings options.

  3. Select “Billing”
    From the dropdown menu, click Billing.

  4. Find the "Manage Subscription" section
    On the Billing Settings page, navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section.

  5. Click on the Manage Subscription Button

    Below the preview of the Billing information, click on the rectangular "Manage Subscriptions" button.

  6. Find the Payment Method section

    Below the Payment Method section, you will see any current cards, and an add payment method.

  7. Click on the Add Payment Method

    Below the preview of the Payment Method section, click on the "+ Add Payment Method" button.

  8. Add Payment Option

    Add/Link a Card, Bank Account, or other listed form of payment method.

  9. Click Add

    Once you have added your desired payment method, click 'Add' to save the payment method to your account.

  10. Select the chosen Payment Method

    Navigate to the Payment Method section, and click the three dots next to the payment method.

  11. Click "Make Default."

    Once you have clicked the three dots next to the chosen payment method, click "Make Default".

  12. Optional: Delete old payment methods
    Navigate to the Payment Method section, click the three dots next to the payment method you want to delete, and select "Delete"
