New Features & Enhancements

We focused on smoothing out the ServiceTitan integration, adding flexibility to your quote options, and tightening up security.

Smarter ServiceTitan Syncing

We’ve updated how quotes sync to ServiceTitan. Previously, we only created an estimate when a quote was signed. Now:

  • All Options Sync: Every option you present syncs to ServiceTitan as an "Open" estimate.

  • Auto-Close: When the customer signs a specific option in SetSale, we automatically mark that specific estimate as "Sold" in ServiceTitan, leaving the others available for reference.

  • Accounting Control: You can now configure Income and Cost of Sale (Expense) accounts directly in your Integration Settings. This fixes sync errors for companies with strict General Ledger requirements.

Mix & Match System Types

  • You are no longer locked into a single system type for an entire proposal. You can now change the system type per tier. For example, you can offer a Heat Pump on your Platinum tier and a standard AC/Furnace split on your Silver tier within the same quote.

Archiving Equipment

We replaced "Delete" with "Archive" for your team's equipment list. This allows you to hide old models from your active list without losing the historical data or breaking old quotes that used that equipment.

Updates to Quoting

  1. Clickable AHRI Numbers: The green AHRI number on the quote configuration screen is now a clickable link that takes you directly to the certificate on the AHRI directory.

  2. Rebate Clarity: Consumer rebates are now listed individually on the proposal with "up to" text, helping manage customer expectations regarding eligibility.

  3. Financing Transparency: We added "Payments as Low As" text to the financing display to make the monthly breakdown clearer to homeowners.

Bug Fixes

We're always working behind the scenes to make the platform faster and more reliable. We resolved minor bugs to enhance overall system stability and performance.
