SetSale now integrates with Finturf, a financing platform that provides real-time lending offers within your quotes, helping homeowners afford HVAC equipment without a large upfront payment.
How It Works
Finturf is a traditional loan platform. The homeowner borrows the cost of the job and repays it over a set term. What makes Finturf different from a single lender relationship is the Finturf Stack: a group of loan products and lender rules that Finturf offers as one package.
What Does This Mean for Contractors?
With the Finturf integration enabled in SetSale, you can:
Reduce time spent managing lender rate sheets — once your Finturf account is connected, your quotes automatically receive and display real-time financing options to homeowners. No more manual rate sheet uploads or entry is necessary, unless of course, you choose to do so.
Reach more lenders with one application — after checkout, your homeowner completes a single credit application, regardless of the number of lenders on Finturf's platform. All homeowner financing steps are managed within Finturf.
Keep your existing plans — Finturf Stacks and your standard installment plans work side by side on the same quote.
Show a monthly payment on every tier — estimated payments appear in the homeowner presentation, the proposal PDF, and checkout.
Control what gets offered — enable only the Stacks that match the work you sell, then let automated financing choose or write your own rules for which Stack lands on which tier.
Track the loan from the quote — application status, required steps, Notice to Proceed, and funds requests all appear in the quote's Activity and Tasks.
Streamline change orders — if the quote changes, the financing updates automatically
Key Things to Know
Financing options come directly from Finturf. The available plans, rates, and lenders are determined by your Finturf Stack configuration.
Payments shown in SetSale are estimates. They're based on the quote amount and the selected Stack.
SetSale doesn't run the credit process. The application, underwriting, approval, and funding are all handled by Finturf. If you or your customer have questions about the loan itself, contact Finturf directly.
Finturf and Palmetto can both be on. Finturf is a loan, the Palmetto Comfort Plan is a lease, and your standard installment plans work with either. See What Is the Palmetto Integration? for the lease side.
