How to Disconnect the Housecall Pro Integration
If you no longer want SetSale syncing with Housecall Pro, you can disconnect the integration in a few clicks. This removes the API connection between the two platforms.
Steps to Disconnect Housecall Pro
- Log in to SetSale. Go to app.setsale.ai and sign in.
- Open Integrations. In the left menu, go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the Housecall Pro menu. In the Housecall Pro box, click the ⋮ (three dots) icon.
- Click Disconnect. Confirm when prompted to remove the connection.
That's it — SetSale is no longer connected to your Housecall Pro account.
What Happens After You Disconnect
- Sold quotes will no longer be sent to Housecall Pro as unscheduled jobs.
- You won't be able to search your Housecall Pro customer database when creating new quotes in SetSale.
