How to Use the Team Quote Activity

SetSale's Team Quote Activity gives you a bird's-eye view of your team's quoting activity and sales performance. Here's how to find the key metrics and make sense of the data.

Accessing the Team Quote Activity

  • Click Quotes in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • The main quotes screen page shows a running log of recent quote activity across your entire team.

What You Can Track

Quote Activity Feed

The Team Quote Activity Page shows a real-time log of all recent actions:

  • Quotes created

  • Quotes shared (via email or text)

  • Quotes opened by customers

  • Quotes signed/sold

Quote Statuses

Every quote in SetSale has a status that helps you filter your pipeline:

  • Open — Quote has been created but not yet sent or signed.

  • Sent — Quote has been shared with the customer.

  • Sold — Customer has signed and approved.

  • Lost — Quote expired or was not accepted.

  • Cancelled — Manually removed from reporting metrics.

In-Quote Activity

For a specific quote, click into it to see the detailed Activity Feed on the right side of the screen. This shows every interaction, including when the customer opened the link and what messages were sent.

Tips

  • Send the quote to yourself to experience the customer view and verify your presentation looks right.

  • Use the Cancelled status to remove test quotes or irrelevant jobs from your metrics.

  • Enable Automatic Reminders in Settings > Quoting > General to auto-follow up after 1, 3, and 5 days.
