Release Notes 06.23.26

Customer-facing updates shipped from May 24 to June 23, 2026.

Written by Assaf Weinberg

Here are the customer-facing updates shipped from May 24 to June 23.

Highlights

  • Printable proposal PDFs. Contractors can now download clean proposal PDFs that preserve homeowner selections, pricing, financing, equipment, discounts, rebates, add-ons, and contractor/customer details.

  • More flexible system templates. Distributors can manage template sets and assignment rules for contractors, teams can mark a default quote system template, and equipment matching now handles additional compatible equipment types.

  • Richer ServiceTitan mapping. Teams can map services, add-ons, install supplies, materials, and discounts to their own ServiceTitan catalog items, with smarter pricebook recovery and JB warranty line syncing.

  • New API and webhook capabilities. The Self-Service API now supports contractor equipment listings, distributor inventory checks, replacement quote creation, system template listings, and team member listings, plus webhook endpoint management and event delivery.

  • Live JB warranty partner portal. Warranty partners can now see live contractor activity, attach-rate metrics, rule coverage, territory manager assignments, and member management instead of relying on seeded demo data.

Improvements

  • Smarter pricing controls. Manual financing rules can now use equipment brand conditions, rebates can be percentage-based, and cash discounts can be calculated relative to financing fees.

  • Better presentation and checkout continuity. Homeowner upgrade selections persist when moving between proposals and checkout, payment method defaults stay consistent across preview, checkout, and PDFs, and Palmetto Comfort Plan selections now print correctly.

  • Clearer recommendation behavior. Replacement quote recommendations now appear as explicit Apply/Dismiss suggestions instead of silently changing saved quote content.

  • JB Warranties updates. Multi-system quotes now attach warranties per system; complete-system matching is more reliable; no-trip products are filtered from the catalog; contractor settings include clearer JB dealer messaging; the presentation content library includes a JB warranty slide for enabled teams; and registration forms now show required-field feedback before saving.

  • Quote and communications polish. Won quote confirmation emails include customer-facing quote details and a contract PDF link, contract PDFs are labeled "Customer Agreement," declined upgrades on won quotes are clearer, team/account selectors handle long account lists, and generated API keys use a clearer copy-before-close flow.

Fixes

  • Fixed pricebook and spreadsheet uploads to handle common currency formats, row-level validation errors, partial valid imports, workbook-type issues, and higher-precision supply prices.

  • Fixed AHRI and matchup edge cases that could hide valid system-template rows, send empty matchup queries, miss TIC-suffixed model numbers, or fail packaged-unit quote creation.

  • Fixed equipment photos and brands for model lines that had been stuck under "Other."

  • Fixed warranty settings refreshes that showed "None" or reset labor rates.

  • Fixed Palmetto quote failures caused by stale financing pricing or setup issues, with clearer user-facing guidance.

  • Fixed distributor and partner message edits when retaining existing attachments and tightened attachment validation.

  • Improved baseline browser support for older Chrome environments.

Maintenance

We also shipped behind-the-scenes reliability, security, billing, documentation, logging, and operations improvements, including stronger API input validation, rate-limit documentation, safer seat billing exclusions, AI assistant protections, and quieter expected webhook failure alerts.
