Changelog 2026-05-24

Product updates shipped from April 20 to May 24, 2026.

Written by Assaf Weinberg

Highlights

  • Message and Task Centers. Distributors and partners can send messages with attachments, contractors get an in-app inbox with unread notifications, and teams can manage message email preferences.

  • JB Warranties became a first-class quoting workflow. Teams can connect JB Warranties, configure warranty strategy, match catalog items, show warranties in quote and presentation flows, and create post-sale registration follow-up tasks.

  • Presentation editing got more flexible. Contractors can crop and reposition images, use adaptive 1-4 image layouts, add per-slide logo overlays, navigate scroll-mode presentations by section, and use longer bullet text in select layouts.

  • More quote controls for sales teams. Teams can use manual financing rules, per-quote margin overrides, internal quote notes, required loss reasons, extra won-quote notification recipients, and a new 7-day quote expiration option.

Improvements

  • System templates and matchups are smarter. Template SEER2 ranges can follow available AHRI data, heat pump + coil AHRI rows are handled more accurately, selected AHRI matchups are preserved during equipment edits, and quote simulator cards now show equipment prices and cleaner matchup metadata.

  • Broader equipment support. SetSale now includes boiler equipment, 17.5-ton sizing, more flexible custom equipment selection, and better handling for wildcard, hyphenated, CK40, VCKIT, and related model-number patterns.

  • Better integration workflows. ServiceTitan-linked quotes now have a manual Sync now option with guarded status, ServiceTitan attribution errors are easier to surface, and Palmetto setup includes clearer guidance for existing Palmetto customers.

  • Load calculation and pricing settings polish. Missing EDS weather inputs now point users to the right advanced fields, tax rates can retain three decimal places, and price-driver validation messages are localized.

  • Mobile and homeowner experience polish. Pricing cards behave better on mobile and iPad, pricing-only presentations restored the contact button, distributor inventory badges open on tap, quote-share SMS messages now clarify that replies are not monitored, and newsletter preferences can be managed from account settings.

Fixes

  • Fixed quote generation and pricing failures tied to AHRI lookup, system size matching, selected equipment resolution, and unresolvable additional equipment.

  • Fixed generated quote feature text so it no longer invents or swaps equipment brands, including unbranded equipment and sister-brand edge cases.

  • Fixed missing translations across load calculations, price drivers, and related settings flows.

  • Fixed customer search crashes with non-Latin characters and login-page loading in restricted Safari environments.

  • Fixed quote activity, email, image, and presentation issues including closed-quote follow-up previews, email colors, thermostat images, manufacturer logo aspect ratios, mobile presentation scrolling, and presentation audio error handling.

  • Fixed Palmetto, ServiceTitan, and equipment-mapping edge cases so setup, syncing, and stored matchup details behave more predictably.

Maintenance

We also shipped behind-the-scenes reliability, security, billing, analytics, and operations improvements, including safer server error handling, subscription seat reconciliation, customer-success dashboard updates, activity-log improvements, Intercom lifecycle event sync, demo-data anonymization, and CI performance work.
