The SetSale Reporting Dashboard is a powerful tool that gives you visibility into your sales performance and helps you make data-driven decisions for your business. It's accessible to any user.
Accessing the Dashboard
To get to the reporting dashboard, simply click on "Reporting" on the left-hand side of the SetSale application.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The dashboard highlights six key metrics we've identified as crucial for tracking your sales success:
Total number of quotes
Total quoted revenue
Total revenue closed
Quote close rate
Average ticket value
Total sales commission
By default, the dashboard shows data from the last 30 days. You can adjust the time filter to view data from the past 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, or year-to-date.
Salesperson Statistics
Below the main KPIs, you'll find a breakdown of the same six metrics for each individual salesperson. This provides a clear snapshot of their personal close rates, revenue, and average ticket values, allowing you to track individual performance.
Interactive Timeline
At the bottom of the dashboard is a visual timeline that shows the frequency of several key metrics over time. You can view:
Total quotes
Closed quotes
Total quoted revenue
Total sales commission
This data is rendered as a bar graph, making it easy to see trends and track performance over a selected period.
