New Features & Enhancements

We focused on flexibility, financial control, and getting your sales reps the right tools.

Cash & Credit Card Fee Customization

  • Cash Discount: You can now offer a cash discount percentage in your pricing settings. If a customer chooses a cash payment method, the quote subtotal is automatically reduced, and the discount amount is clearly displayed.

  • Customizable Credit Card Fee: You can now adjust the credit card processing fee percentage in your Price Drivers settings. This new field ensures you maintain profitability, even when customers pay with credit.

Salesperson Visibility in Presentations

  • We've added the salesperson's contact information to the customer-facing quote presentation. Now, customers can reach out to their direct contact immediately, leading to quicker follow-up and fewer calls routed through your main office.

  • The salesperson will also now receive a BCC on all emails sent to the customer with a reply-to set to their email, keeping them in the loop.

New Security & Visibility Options for Sales Roles

You can now control what your salespeople see in the quote configuration page to prevent conflicts of interest. In your settings, you can now choose to:

  • Hide equipment pricing from salespeople.

  • Hide the sales commission amount from salespeople.

Bug Fixes

We're always working behind the scenes to make the platform faster and more reliable. We resolved minor bugs to enhance overall system stability and performance.
