How to Connect Your Palmetto Account in SetSale

Before you can offer Palmetto Comfort Plan financing in your quotes, you'll need to link your Palmetto organization to SetSale. Here's how.

Prerequisites

You'll need an active Palmetto organization with an assigned alias. If you don't have one yet, you can apply directly from the SetSale setup screen (see below).

Step-by-Step: Connecting Your Palmetto Account

  1. Navigate to the Palmetto integration settings in SetSale.

  2. If you already have a Palmetto organization, enter your Palmetto alias in the provided field.

    • Your alias is available in your Palmetto account. If you're unsure what it is, reach out to your Palmetto representative.

  3. Click Save to connect your account.

Once connected, SetSale will automatically set up a Palmetto account in the background when you create quotes, and financing options will appear in the quote's financing section.

Don't Have a Palmetto Account Yet?

If you don't have an existing Palmetto organization:

  1. Click the Apply for Palmetto button on the setup screen.

  2. This opens the Palmetto application form. Fill it out and submit.

  3. Palmetto will contact you to complete the onboarding process and get your organization set up.

  4. Once your Palmetto account is active, return to SetSale and enter your alias to complete the connection.

Note: The Palmetto application and approval process is managed entirely by Palmetto. Processing times may vary — reach out to your Palmetto contact for status updates.
