SetSale's Housecall Pro integration sends sold quotes back as jobs, eliminating double-entry for your office team. Here's how it works.
How It Works
Build your quote in SetSale as usual. You can search for customers directly from your synced Housecall Pro database.
Mark the quote as Sold. Change the status to Sold once the customer agrees to the proposal.
Check Housecall Pro. The quote appears as an Unscheduled Job in Housecall Pro, automatically populated with the total price, equipment list, and all selected upgrades.
Important: Quotes only transfer to Housecall Pro once they're marked as Sold. Open or draft quotes won't appear.
What Gets Synced
The Housecall Pro job includes:
Total quote price
Full list of equipment
All selected upgrades and features
From there, you can schedule the installation, accept payment, or manage the job using your normal Housecall Pro workflow.
