Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Settings and select Quoting.
Click the Add Favorites button.
Select the equipment type and any associated filters to narrow down the equipment matchups.
Go through each tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Federal Minimum) and select the specific equipment you want to appear for that tier.
Pro Tip: Click AI Recommend to have the system automatically suggest the best matchups based on your criteria.
Viewing the Efficiency Table
The efficiency table shows the SEER rating for each option and its corresponding price.
This feature helps you choose the best equipment for the best price to offer your customers.
If multiple options have the same SEER rating, you can select the lowest-priced one to ensure it is the one that appears for the customer.

Once your favorites are saved, the next time a technician selects that specific system type and filter, the equipment you chose will automatically be loaded for them, streamlining their workflow.
