After creating a quote in SetSale, you can easily share it with your customers, which is especially useful when they need to review the proposal with a spouse or other decision-maker. SetSale offers a few ways to share a quote, either by sending the full interactive presentation or a simple pricing summary.
Sending a Quote from the Quote Screen
Assigning a Presentation - before sending a quote, presentations need to be assigned to a quote. Your default presentation is automatically assigned, but alternative presentations can be assigned per-quote as necessary.
Open or create a quote.
In the quote settings, find the Presentation dropdown.
Select the presentation you want to use for this quote.
One of your presentations will be selected by default.
Any other presentations your team has created will also appear in the list.
Users can also choose to share the "Pricing Only" if they only want to send pricing.
Click the Share button to bring up the sharing options.
The system will add the email and text message on file for you to send. You can edit the recipient list to ensure all relevant parties have access to the information.
What’s Included in the Shared Link?
Presentation: This link includes the full interactive presentation, complete with the company's branding, AI voiceover, and educational content about SEER and AFUE ratings, and different system types.
Pricing Only: This option shares only the pricing details, which is ideal if the client just needs to review the final numbers.
Tracking Quote Activity
SetSale provides a real-time activity panel on the right side of the quote screen. This panel tracks key actions related to the quote, including:
When the quote was created and by whom.
When the quote was sent to the customer.
When the customer opens the shared link, allowing you to time your follow-up calls effectively.
Automatic Reminders
Users can enable the system to automatically send follow-up reminder emails to the customer after one day, three days, and five days. These reminders are intended to encourage a timely decision.
To enable or disable automatic reminders, navigate to Settings > Quoting > General and change the toggle to the required position.
