In-Quote Activity Feed
For a detailed history of a specific quote, check the Quote Activity Feed within the quote's dashboard. This log tracks every interaction with that quote from the moment it leaves SetSale.
Sharing: See when the quote was shared and how (e.g., email or text message).
Message Content: You can view the exact content of the message that was sent from SetSale to your customer.
Viewing/Opening: The system tracks whether or not the customer has opened the quote. This ensures you have visibility into whether your customer has engaged with the proposal.
Team Quote Activity Page
To get a broader view of your organization's recent sales activity, navigate to the main SetSale landing page, which we call the Team Quote Activity Page.
This page maintains a running log of all recent quote activity across your entire team.
You can quickly view which quotes were recently shared, when they were shared, and dive into the full details of the quote itself.
