If you’re looking for your Add-ons and can’t find them, don't worry - they haven't gone anywhere! As part of our latest update to streamline the quoting process, we have rebranded Add-ons to Upgrades throughout SetSale.
Where can I find them?
You can find all your previous Add-on items (like IAQ products, labor plans, and air scrubbers) in the same location under a new name:
Navigate to Settings.
Select Quoting.
Look for the new Upgrades section, which has officially replaced the Add-ons section.
Why the change?
We renamed this feature to better reflect the value these items add to your customer's home. Along with the new name, we’ve introduced Rich Upgrades, which allow you to go beyond simple text. You can now enhance these options with:
Bullet points to highlight key features.
Photos and PDF brochures for a professional look.
Video links (YouTube or Vimeo) to educate homeowners during the presentation.
Do they still work the same way?
Yes! Your Upgrades are still fully customizable and "toggleable". When presenting a quote, you can still turn them on or off to show the homeowner how they affect the total price or monthly financing payment in real-time.
The biggest difference is that they are now interactive links. When a customer clicks an upgrade, it opens a beautiful presentation screen with all the rich media you've added, helping you close bigger deals with less effort.
