New Feature Announcement: Upgrading Your Quoting Experience!
We’re excited to roll out a series of updates designed to make your sales process cleaner, faster, and more intuitive. We’ve listened to your feedback and focused this update on improving the interface to help you pitch and close with even more confidence.
Check out the three major improvements hitting your account today:
1. Visual Quotes with Equipment Images
You no longer have to rely on text alone to describe a system. SetSale now automatically surfaces product images from our database directly onto your quotes. Your proposals will always look polished when showing off their new equipment.
Why it matters: Homeowners can better visualize what they are buying, leading to higher trust and better close rates.
2. Combined Repair & Replace Quotes
You asked for more flexibility, and we delivered. You can now combine repair and replacement options within the same proposal. Each tier can be custom-named per quote (e.g., changing "Federal Minimum" to "Budget Friendly") and designated specifically as a "Repair" or "Replace" option.
Why it matters: This allows you to show a customer the cost of a major repair side-by-side with the value of a new system, helping them make the best long-term decision.
3. Rich Upgrades & Services
Your "Repairs" section has evolved into Services. This new section lets you include essential job costs—like demo work or specific labor warranties—that are bundled into the total price without showing the customer a separate line-item cost. Plus, you can now add bullet points, brochures, and videos to your upgrades to create a "Rich" presentation.
Why it matters: You can account for all your COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) while keeping the customer focused on the value and features of the upgrade.

Updated Dashboard: We’ve moved your KPIs and team activity to the right-hand side for better visibility.
System Templates: Define your tiers as repair or replace defaults in your settings to save time on every quote.
